We are 100% committed to your satisfaction and we do not expect any problems with our jewellery. However, in exceptional cases when you face a problem, we will fully support you. Please get in touch with us.
We will carefully investigate the issue and if we conclude that it is related to a part or craftsmanship failure, we will either repair or replace it at no additional cost to you. Our sterling silver and gold filled jewellery have a warranty of 12 months and our silver/gold plated and elasticated products have 6 months warranty with proof of purchase.
Re-threading Elastic Bracelets
We understand your elasticated bracelet may have been on a few adventures with you, which is why we offer a re-cording service. This service costs £5.00, plus the return postage. Please allow 4 weeks for your cord to be replaced and your bracelet to be returned back to you.

Important information: Our warranty does not entitle you to receive a replacement or refund for lost or stolen items.
Jewellery Care
We recommend removing your jewellery when you shower, bathe or engage in heavy exercise particularly in the sea or swimming pools. Also watch out for door handles or other objects your jewellery could get caught on. Avoid direct contact with chemicals, such as perfumes, creams or any other liquids.
Cleaning
Use a soft, lint free cloth or polishing pad to keep your Sterling Silver or Gold Filled jewellery clean.
Never use jewellery cleaner or treated polishing cloths on silver/gold plated jewellery. Its durability is directly affected by how well it is cared for.
Storing
Ideally store your jewellery in the original Nia 9 box and keep clasps fastened. It will keep them tangle free and protected from moisture. However, zip lock bags, in a dark and cool place work too.
Gemstones
Gemstones should be cleaned using a dry, soft cloth. Avoid hot water and harsh chemicals. Some gemstone are very sensitive to moisture since they can absorb water. This may result in a change in colour.
